Delivery to the UK Mainland Only.  Options & Prices::

Standard Delivery - £4.99  -  Standard Delivery for all orders over £50 is Free  You will receive your parcel within 5 working days*

 Express Delivery - £7.95  Order by 1pm and your parcel will be dispatched on the day of order to arrive with you within 2-3 working days*

(orders placed after 1pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day*)

* Please note  Working days are Monday - Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays

The above delivery times should only be used as a guide especially if you live in a remote area or in the Highlands please allow at least one extra working day.

Orders taken during December: Most  products will be despatched as normal however please be aware that some of our suppliers will be closing before 23 December so we cannot guarantee orders placed up to 10 days before this will be despatched in time for Christmas.

Availability:  Goods are subject to availability.  In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.  A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Returns Policy:  We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase, please contact us in the first instance within 14 days of receipt of your order. Then we will give you information re return of goods.  Items must be in their original condition and packaging.  A full refund will be applied to your original credit card for the price of the item returned meeting the above conditions.   ALL RETURNS ARE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE EXCEPT WHERE YOUR PURCHASE IS DEEMED FAULTY. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt by us.  We recommend that you return your purchase to us using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery Services.  Faulty items returned to us will have the postage refunded in full.    

NB We do not accept Returned Party Bags/Loot Bags.
